Offense: Austin Henry
Austin’s incredible footwork and knack for finding the back of the net was evident all season long. Defenders were never safe with Austin in the game.
Defense : Jefferson Maleski
Jefferson’s positioning and desire to keep a clean sheet was unmatched. His ability to force opposing strikers off the ball was truly impressive.
Team Captain: Ethan Finkelstein
The consummate teammate, Ethan Finkelstein, demonstrated a maturity and level headedness day in and day out as the 2023 Rising Star’s captain. He was never afraid to be vocal and get everyone involved while helping to control play all season.
Most improved: Ava Finkelstein
One of the youngest rising stars out there, Ava Finkelstein showed incredible improvement this season becoming a regular goal scorer. She is fearless on the pitch and never backs down from a challenge.
Coaches award: Tyler Maleski
An all around brilliant player, Tyler’s speed and ball control never went unnoticed. All season long he created havoc for opposing teams with his ability to play out of the back as well as create opportunities on offense.
